I was recently asked the question, “Which CRM feature do you think is the most underutilized?”.

It really took me no time to land on a feature that very few business owners actually use:

Internal forms.

Internal forms may not be the sexiest things but they can completely change your business. Basically, if you have one or more internal forms set up correctly, you can automate a huge portion of your business.

Since I’ve set up internal forms for many clients, I decided to list some of our favorite automations that an internal form could possibly trigger:

-Sending a gift to a client or prospect with one click (brownies, personalized golf balls, shock and awe packages, etc.)

-Adding or removing someone from a newsletter list with one click

-Trigger a handwritten card-Starting a certain drip campaign depending on the answers provided on the internal form

-Auto-tasking your staff to perform something like a phone call or other manual task.
